一般使用Win7系統的朋友都會搭配office2007來使用，但是有一些用戶反饋在打開office的時候報錯“SETUP ERROR”對話框，錯誤提示為“the setup controller has encountered a problem during install .Please review the log files for rurther information on the error.”可是這麼一串英文咱也看不懂啊，這是怎麼回事呢？

報錯提示：“the setup controller has encountered a problem during install .Please review the log files for rurther information on the error.”，翻譯為“安裝控制器在安裝過程中遇到瞭問題。請查看日志文件以獲取有關錯誤的更多信息”。

解決方法

方法1：完全卸載Office2007後再重新安裝保證可以解決

方法2：如果沒有安裝包的話，我們也可以這樣解決

打開C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\OFFICE12\文件夾，然後，找到“Office Setup Controller”文件夾，然後重命名或者刪除，第二種方法Win7系統之傢小編親測有用。
